Advocate art have recently sold one of my card designs to Chuckle Monster, a relatively new greeting card website which sells personalised greeting cards. Since promoting my cards on facebook, my website and blog, I have had so many wonderful comments about my work, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone, it is so good to have all this amazing support! As well as all your lovely comments I have had lots of orders for Mother's day and birthday cards (see my previous blog post for details on how to order), and I have been a busy little bee today, making them all! I print them all myself on my fabulous professional Canon printer, and then I bejazzle them all with gems and glitter before packaging them up ready for distribution :)

A treat for Mum

I have been busy working on lots of lovely new cards especially for Mother's Day (10th March). I have been drawing and painting lots of birds, bees, bears, and most of all, flowers, which are always popular for our lovely mums! Each of my cards are for sale at £5 each (all cards are professionally printed onto 230gsm white card, come embellished with coloured rhinestones and glitter and is packaged with a matching envelope in a clear cellophane bag). Cards are either 5x7 inches or 7x7 inches. They are all handmade with care for that extra special touch. My designs at Spring Fair, Birmingham NEC!

Advocate art have recently been to both Paperworld in Frankfurt and Spring Fair at the NEC in Birmingham (which showcases the latest products and trends including greeting cards and art for licensing). I mocked up some of my Mother's day and Valentine's day bear card designs, a new range I have been working on, and gave them to Natasha, Advocate's greeting-card agent. It all looks brilliant! You can just see my cards on the product stand below. Thanks Advocate and bring on the sales!
