Christmas Craft Fayre

Just before Christmas I attended a lovely craft fayre in Stowmarket, Suffolk. It was my first proper fayre (excluding ones at University) so I was a bit unsure how much stock I needed to produce and what to expect on the day. I turned up with plenty of homemade cards, prints and tags and got my stall all set up. The fayre was situated in a beautiful old tithe barn at the Museum of Anglian Life, and had been decorated with lots of lovely festive foliage and berries so it was a fantastic setting, even if it got very cold!! With plenty of other crafty stalls, food, drink and adorable reindeer there was plenty to draw in the crowds. It was on the same night as the Christmas light switch on in town so we had lots of people come after that. I'ts hard to tell how successful I was as it was my first one, but the barn got very busy and I sold a fair amount. It definitely got me in the festive spirit! Here are a few pictures from the night.
