I have been working on some lovely new Valentine's cards recently with bright floral watercolours and a hint of black linework. Advocate art have featured a few on their blog so I thought I'd post a link to them - mine are the designs in the top left and top right :)

George's Visit
My brother George came to visit just before Mother's Day and I was super pleased to see that he bought one of my designs to give to Mum!

SPOTTED!! Card Factory in Staines-Upon-Thames
Popped into Staines yesterday and of course did the obligatory blitz around Card Factory to see if there were any new additions! I was very excited to see two of my Easter cards and one of my floral designs in their limited edition Birthday range. It's quite a pricey one for Card Factory at a whopping 99p! It's got a lovely feel to it, and has beautiful scalloped edges, really chuffed with the quality :) I also spotted my friend Natasha's lovely birthday card (lion and bunting), so I had to buy both!

Mother's Day Design Spotted in Card Factory!
I spotted one of my designs in Card Factory in Leatherhead a few days ago. It even comes in a box, and embellished with gems as part of their deluxe range :-)

Poem for Jelly
Here is one of my latest children's illustrations. Commissioned for a little girls birthday, the poem is by Rebecca Taylor. We received this lovely email from the customer -
"We were blown away with it. I
showed her last night so it gives her the weekend to rustle up a nice looking
frame to match Angelica’s bedroom. Please pass on our thanks to Felicity too.
The intricate detail with the colours on the dress and hair of the bouncy
little girl on the trampoline was a nice touch."
